Banana smoothie

Smoothies are those great inventions that we can drink for breakfast, drink as an apetizer or desert, have as a snack or just because we want to! They are healthy and have a great taste but everyone knows that already.

Fruit smoothies are everywhere, mostly you can buy them at fast foods, but it’s a much better idea to make your own. It’s pretty easy to make and it’s always a good idea to know what you put into your mouth. I always prefer swallowing a big dose of vitamins instead of a big dose of calories…

Let’s see what we need to make a fruit smoothie. I used bananas for this one, but you can use whatever fruit you like (peaches, strawberries, blueberries, etc.)

3 bananas
a medium yogurt
1 glass of milk
3 spoons of honey

Mix everything in a blender.
That’s it.

It’s all made of healthy ingredients that have vitamins and protein that give you a nice energy boost and it’s perfect for those who are in a weight loss process.
